Takes entirely too long to get the vehicle into the garage for a 15 minute tire rotation. Also, good thing I checked the tires because they didn't replace all the valve stem caps. On the other hand, the staff were great.

I was not satisfied at all with the service of AJ. He was very disrespectful and dismissive as well as the rest of your team. I hate that I even have a Toyota car. I’m looking to trade in as soon as possible just so I don’t have to deal with you guys. Y’all literally fix the problem that I can six months prior to fix it had your service tech visit has been diligent. He wouldn’t be here today.

Rose went above and beyond!! I was the first appointment on the books for a break change, BACK wriper replacement, and radio nob replacement. I was still there at 2pm and I told her I needed to pick my kids up at 2:50. My car was no where near being done so she got me a car for the night. My boys barely fit in it with their car seat lol but I was SO thankful we laughed and talked about how thankful I am for my bigger SUV. Then when my car was finally done she realized they replaced my FRONT wipers she took care of everything for me and got my back one replaced. Rose is a treasure!!
