Had a. Appointment at 12:30 on Friday. My car was not even looked at until 3 pm. They had to keep my car to order a part and it did not get there until 2pm Saturday. I finally got my car back on Tuesday.

I waited in the garage area for 15 minutes without a single person acknowledging that I drove in. After 15 minutes, I asked a person behind a desk what I needed to do, the gentleman responded to "just wait". A simple wave or smile would have gone a long way, especially since this was the first time my vehicle was being serviced and I was unsure of the protocol.

I was not satisfied because I had scheduled a 30,000 mile inspection and an oil change. Unfortunately, my daughter had to have her car towed to Toyota because she was having battery issues. Toyota told me they couldn’t get the car in for a diagnosis for seven days. I paid to have the car towed to McCormick’s which they will have it done tomorrow afternoon. I think Peterson needs to hire more mechanics or something because seven days is ridiculous to get a diagnostic on what’s going on with your car? I I will start using McCormick as my main mechanic for both of my Toyotas.
