I was not satisfied with my appointment at Pedersen Toyota at all. I made an appointment and discussed the issue i was having entering my vehicle into programming mode to program key fob. Obviously Toyota representatives are busy and have their hands full. So they are so quick to enter an appointment date on the computer and scoot you out the door when no notes were taken regarding the service needs. The day of the appointment i was busy and needed to drop the vehicle off and join a FaceTime meeting. For one hour Toyota had my vehicle and didn't do anything with it awaiting my response to an automated text asking to discuss what my vehicle service needs are. I had already told a Toyota representative what the needs were during the scheduling of the appointment in the first place. If they wrote something down when I spoke to them first then they would know what I need and so I can pull in the day of service and hand them the keys and they could get to work. They didn't do anything with the vehicle and wasted 1 hour, and when I came back in, spoke about what I needed was quick and simple, said they have a half hour to do it, or I need the vehicle and split, they could no longer meet my timeliness needs and no service was even performed. Im upset about the waste of my time.

**** kept me up to date while my Truck was in the shop. He was thorough with me on everything that needed to be done with my Tundra. He made sure I had a loaner vehicle while the work was done (over 3 days).

Although I was early for my appointment, they took my vehicle in as soon as I arrived and began to work on the service request. I hesitate in writing this, hoping it won't affect my next appointment with Pedersen Toyota. When I received notification that my car was ready, I went to the service tech to get my key fob. I went outside and could not find my car. Went back in and spoke to another service tech who went out to find my car. It had been parked on the west side of the building, rather than in front of the building. I started the car to leave, and the Maintenance Required notification was still on. Went back inside and the same service tech cleared the code for me. My passenger seat was fully reclined when I got into the car....not sure why it was like that. Also, when I received the diagnostic report along with 2 pictures of what I assume would be the motor, it does not appear to be my RAV 4.
