I drove away to have to return. My glovebox was in the floorboard of my car along with the air filter and another part. I had to return to the dealership and have the mess cleaned up. My Toyota Highlander suddenly started flashing check engine, AWD is not functioning and traction not functioning. I was 5 minutes from Pedersen and **** answered my call and said luckily they had an opening the next day at 7:45. I was able to leave my car there and **** knew we needed our car by Thursday as. We would be traveling on Friday. **** got the part and the technician got my car up and running for us in time for us to be able to travel as planned. The staff at Pedersen has always done a great job in servicing my car!! Thank you **** and crew.
