Hi! The only thing is please use some sort of seat cover when serving vehicles. Our cloth seats are now stained after service due to (assuming) some sort of residue from the technician pants. Some grease on door handles after service as well and nothing was put back in the glove box after filter was checked. Actually service on the vehicle was great and no complaints there!

I had made an appointment. I was unfortunately 20 minutes late for my 1000am appointment. I did forgot to mention I had an appointment and it appears the Toyota employee was not able to see my appointment during check in? At 1210pm I received a text message with my attached inspection report; I replied immediately. From check in at 1029am till 115pm I received no communication about my van except my texted inspection. After becoming inpatient I went to the check in area to ask about the status of my van. I was asked ‘you didn’t get a text?’ I replied yes I received the ‘check in’ & the ‘inspection’ text and replied immediately once sent. You did not get a text your van was done? No, I did not. My van gets brought around to the front. I get in my van and the ‘need to see your dealer’ is still displayed on the dash. I go back in to the check in area to ask that this is resolved. Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. I notified the staff I would be waiting and never spoke to a single staff member till I sought out why I am still waiting for an oil change at 115pm.

Lack of communication throughout the process. I called seven times in the first day, left a voice mail during the first, and every other time I called, I was told he was not at his desk. I did not feel valued as a customer. I am thankful they were able to get to the bottom of the problem, but communication and feeling valued are important.

Justin was an awesome rep that went the extra mile. I had a concern about our rear camera. He knew of the concern and wanted to show me a quick setting to adjust it but they took my van. He ran to the back and brought my van back and walked me through the settings. Now that’s great customer service. I hope to get him for the next service!

I dont like that the technicians do not video the before and after of their services. Instead, I get a video of around about of my vehicle which is completely worthless. I dont even know if they performed the services they were paid to do. I will likely not be returning.

I reached out to Trevor via text to find out how long my service would need. I never heard back. When I dropped off my car, I was told it would take one hour. It ended up taking an hour and 45 minutes. My paperwork was off. He had told me they were having problems with one of their systems. I don’t have anything that shows that This recall was taken care of. Can I get some documentation for this?

Mr. **** Downs was an excellent service writer. I found his comments extremely informative and helpful regarding my truck. I felt no over pressure from him to make a decision about the repairs to my vehicle. The information that he provided was informed and detailed to make my decisions about whether to follow through on specific repairs. If this attitude was a company wide practice towards the customer, then I am very impressed by the management. Allowing the customer to become this involved in the process of decision making will help bring life long satisfaction in your customers. I could not be happier or more satisfied about the results of my repairs.
