Bob and Justin took great care of our 2001 Tundra. Although it is "old" it only has just over 90k miles, and we want to keep it running. Although the repairs were many (and costly) Bob and Justin handled the service with professionalism and grace. The truck is running great! Hope it continues to hold out another decade!

The service associate was wonderful. But I judge what he can’t see by what I can see. Greasy finger prints on my door and door handle. And grease or debris on the steering wheel. And my glove box had things removed and not replaced. And those things that were put back were in disarray and haphazard. I hope that what I see doesn’t reflect how my vehicle was treated in general, because it feels like I was more of a **** than a valuable customer.

Waited 1 hr 45 minutes with no replacement of car serpentine belt due to the following; parts department did not have Toyota recommended belt in stock, replacement belt ordered from local auto parts store was incorrect size, when I asked mechanic if belt from parts store was a major reliable brand such as Gates, Brando, Continental, Dayco, etc. he said no that he had never heard of the brand before. Absolutely terrible service and will not return to your dealership.
