Some confusion about services to be provided under maintenance contract. Also have a chronic sqeak in one or more places when wheels turn. Have reported this prior to & during last 2 visits. Am told I need to schedule a different appt for this. The regular inspection did not reveal anything obvious. It is quite the challenge to bring car in as I'm a caregiver.
Otherwise, hopefully all is good.

I had asked that they check out my rotors because there was uneven braking and truck shakes when braking down mountain passes. It was obvious they didn't check. He looked at diagnostic printout and said the brakes were perfect. The only thing on that sheet was the oil change, tire rotation, and a request to check the floor mats. Nothing about brakes or rotors. He said not to worry about it. It's just a comfort thing. That's not what I requested.

Everything went very smoothly. From dropping off my vehicle to getting an Uber and getting my vehicle back. My steering wheel was not dirty and greasy after the oil change, which I really appreciated.
