My issue is not with William or even the people who serviced my vehicle. My issue is that the person with whom I spoke when I made the service appointment misled me in 2 ways:
1) I was told to park and go inside to check in. I specifically asked whether to put my car in line, and was told not to. That’s incorrect information for this location.
2) I was told it would take 30-60 minutes, but the service people said 60-75. I didn’t find that out until I had waited past 60 minutes and then walked back in to the service bays to check.
In the future, it would be nice if the information shared by the scheduler was true.
Otherwise, the service was great!

I left without having Pedersen complete the work. It would have saved me money. But I bought the mirror and paid full price from parts. I had made an appt for 9:30 am. When the work had not even been started at 10:35 I told them to bring my 4 Ruuner around and I bought the mirror and left. My time as a professional is valuable too. I'm always left standing for probably a minute or two before anyone even acknowledges my presence - even as various employees walk by no one so much as says "we'll be right with you." As soon as someone does start helping me, everything is totally fine from that point on. So just a little extra touch of common courtesy to acknowledge people arriving would be great. Nothing but praise for the remainder of the experience.
