I left without having Pedersen complete the work. It would have saved me money. But I bought the mirror and paid full price from parts. I had made an appt for 9:30 am. When the work had not even been started at 10:35 I told them to bring my 4 Ruuner around and I bought the mirror and left. My time as a professional is valuable too. I'm always left standing for probably a minute or two before anyone even acknowledges my presence - even as various employees walk by no one so much as says "we'll be right with you." As soon as someone does start helping me, everything is totally fine from that point on. So just a little extra touch of common courtesy to acknowledge people arriving would be great. Nothing but praise for the remainder of the experience.

Bill treated me good when I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance. But…. The technician reported that there was an oil leak that should be addressed. I park my car on the driveway, and there had been no oil spots on it before I brought it in. It wasn’t leaking before the service. Now it is. Appears to be suspicious. Bill was fine… I’m not so sure about the technician.

After 30 minutes of waiting in the bay with no one greeting me, and people driving in behind us being helped, I felt neglected. When I told them I felt neglected they were kind and found someone to help us. 3 hours later our 10k service was completed. 20 minutes later, we got our truck. If it was not part of warranty, I would not return.
