This is the second time the car was brought in for wondering on certain pavements. The service department performed the same check as the first time. However, they were supposed to perform the check on the specific pavement and with different tires. The sevice manager had me bring the vehicle in to have these checks performed. Apparently, neither was performed. I questioned the service advisor Bob Troutman about why these things were not done. Bob response was very clear to me on both occasions. It's a problem with the tires without providing a solution. Mr. Troutman admitted there is a problem, but apparently not his problem. Chris the service manager understands the issue and has offered to help. But the seams to be a communication issue between the two individuals.

Our estimate was not updated or approved for increased charges, and in the end the explanation was not satisfactory. At the time of drop-off the estimate was not updated, and we expected the Transmission Flush charges to include the fluids like how the Oil Change estimate was structured. There was no call or text to inform us that the cost would be higher, and the online invoice continued to show the expected/lower price. The tech was dismissive and unclear with the person who picked up the car when asked to explain why the bill was $200 higher than what was approved.

Kyle was nice and listened well. The only downside to my experience today was how long my service took. Kyle had quoted me an hour and a half to two hours. But I dropped my car off at 10:45 am and it wasn’t ready until 1:30 or so. I was disappointed but was told by another supervisor that they had had some no shows and he was very apologetic but for the simple service I had done it took an extremely long time. I don’t think that was any fault of Kyle’s though.He was great.

My vehicle was brought to me after I paid $2800 in repairs (plus a 3% credit card charge) with the glove compartment still torn out and on the floor of the front passenger side. There were wires and hoses exposed. I had to grab one of the drivers to point it out and he put it back together. Not exceptional service.
