Tanner was wonderful. The only comment I have is that to take almost 3.5 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation seems excessive. This is not the only time I or my husband have visited that we have spent an extraordinary amount of time waiting. Just wish my tires got rotated. I paid for it. They said “the tread was too low” but there were green checks on all 4 tires for the inspection. I get that the treads might be low but they should still be rotated.
