My tire is still loosing air after bringing it into the shop 2 separate times. Waiting for a call back to schedule yet another appointment to get it fixed.

I'd like to know why my service was with Ken again? This is the second time I've chosen a different employee and was given Ken. I will never feel comfortable staying in the lobby because Ken left me there for hours. I would've preferred to stay in the lobby but once I saw I had Ken.
