Ken was amazing! He was the most polite, helpful service manager I’ve worked with at Pedersen’s to date. I will request home in the future!
Something that could use work was attention to detail from the technician side of things. My cabin air filter was changed at my service. Half of the contents of my glovebox were on the seat & floor of my vehicle upon return. I feel that area could use improvement.

Your service folks were great, however there was an issue with the text notification when my vehicle was done. I was never notified and after 2 hours of waiting decided to just speak with my service rep. It was noticed by them too, but for convenience, maybe fix the new notification system you have.

Trevor was helpful and friendly. My issue is not with him at all. My issue is why the problem my car is having should be happening on a 4 year old car. It seems to me the issue should be covered by Toyota. The part was ordered and I have to bring the car back in when the part comes in. That’s 2 days without my car as well added expense for something I would not expect in car of my car’s age.
