I had an appt for an oil change and ck my engine for a ticking noise. It took 3 hrs. After 2 hrs I did ask **** for an update and he told me they were still looking into the ticking noise. Surely this isn’t the first time someone has reported a ticking. They said it wasn’t that loud and nothing to worry about

Service was good and the speed was just right, information about service and videos were amazing, never seen that in another Toyota, i really liked it, only little thing, the floor mat was in the back of the car I guess they should put back in the front of the car as it was delivered and I found the back of the label (the backing) inside of the car, i think that kind of little trash should be in a bin not in the car, just little details but I was very satisfied with the service and attention

I dropped my car off at 10:30 to have fluids changed. I had planned on staying while the work was done, but was told the car wouldn’t be ready until 3 or 4 pm. A Uber ride home was arranged for me. Around 4pm I called to see if the work was done. That’s when I learned the transmission fluid change had not been done nor included in the original estimate. I had a doctor’s appointment at 9 am the next day so the delay was not acceptable. And what is the problem with the service department line not accessible after about 4:15? I finally contacted someone in the new car sales who relayed information to my service advisor. Reflecting on today’s events, I will be taking my car elsewhere in the future.
