Requested work was not completed the first time. Had to leave the vehicle for another day to have the transmission looked at despite that being the reason that the appointment was created. Service ticket requested oil change and transmission check. Neither was performed. I’m not sure how this went so wrong.
My wife picked up the car and left unconvinced that the transmission problem had been adequately investigated. Her suspicion was aroused by the verbal assurance that replacing the transmission would cost $400-$500. Our confidence in the service provided is very low.

Not everyone communicates with text and pdf. My attempt to clarify with a phone call before riding my bike all the way over resulted in no call back and two smart **** comments from the service manager. Makes me want to take business elsewhere. Not a good day for Peterson Always been more than satisfied in the past. In hindsight I probably should have been able to find everything in the texts but since I deal with paper and computers instead of small screens I obviously dropped my the ball on my end.
