Bob was great. What concerns me was the lack of continuity of information from my last service when it was recommended that I replace my shocks, to this service, which I scheduled to replace my shocks, only to find out that the dealership did not seem to have any clue as to why I was there for service. As a result, the parts were not in stock, and the day was lost.

I personally want to use this comment section to thank Kenneth in service and the technician that worked on my car for all their help.
