The rep didn’t seem friendly at all. It made me feel unwelcome. (The man who greeted us and was keeping the line going, however, was friendly and warm.) I also asked him a super simple question, and he kept repeating the same answer, seemingly annoyed with my question, despite not even ANSWERING my question.
The waiting area could be worked on. (Check out Honda’s waiting area for ideas: a kids’ area, cookies, a nice/newer look, different kinds of seating…)

The tires I ordered using your web portal were wrong for my car despite selecting them based on my car make and model. This turned a 1-hr appointment into 6-hrs while different tires were ordered. When I went home to wait on the service, I discovered that the technician still had my house key so I sat on my porch for 3+ hrs because I couldn't get in my house. I also had to reach out and ask where my car was 2-hrs after the estimated completion time because I wasn't given any updates.

I’ve had my car in three times and I continue to be told they didn’t notice the problem and can’t figure out what to do. On the third visit he told me he would document it as of that date(6/27/25). I told him I’ve had it in before and I was told on the first of those visits that they replaced a common part that causes the problem. He said AGAIN that he was documenting as of that day (27th).
