My experience was pleasant. But I wanted to relay that I picked my car up yesterday 5/21 and drove my 1 year old son home in it. Today when I went to put him back in his car seat, I noticed the car seat was completely uninstalled. I’m so grateful nothing happened on our drive home last night, but can’t help but feel anxious over what could have happened. My husband is now out of town and I hope I’ve reinstalled it correctly. I know it wasn’t intentional but just wanted to pass along for your team to ensure if car seats need to be uninstalled for service, to ensure they are properly reinstalled or the customers are at least notified that the need to be reinstalled.

He always treats me like I’m the most important person who walked into your dealership, and greets me like I was the best man in his wedding. He is genuine - not fake. He remembers small details about me, which makes me feel important. I live in Cheyenne, WY, and I have had the opposite experience of the Toyota dealership here. Every time I’ve gone out there, there’s a new face. They don’t remember me, they don’t care if I’m there or not. I got a flat tire so I took my Carolla Cross to get serviced at Pederson Toyota. They took care of me very quick. Unfortunately my tire needed to be replaced and I was told the new one will be in soon and will call me when it's ready. So I left the lot with the spare tire. No big deal, that's what they're for. I get a call next day from Pederson service saying that the tire is in and if I can come in before 4pm. I said yes before realizing I had other obligations at 4pm. So I called the next day at around 230pm 3pm to reschedule, but I wasn't on the list. Now the next available appointment is in 3 weeks. 3 weeks on a spare tire isn't really a good idea.
