Overall it is usually dialed, today’s visit was tough, no updates throughout the process, even after asking multiple times, long wait times, waiting for a part estimate which was not scheduled for today. Concerning that was the weight. Requested an estimate during the service visit and did not receive.

Thank you for servicing our truck. You discovered the water pump weeping slightly, however we are on a planned trip with specific dates to be a certain places. So I came back and bought the pump, the belt and a gallon of coolant from yours parts dept in case it became a bigger problem and another dealer did not have the parts. We love our Toyotas.

Much improvement with having my car done quickly. I expected at least an hour long wait and my vehicle was ready in 30 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Before the new changes I waited 3 hours to get my tires rotate. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
