I have a recall and came in a month or so ago to get it taken care of. That time my truck never made it into the mechanic. This time I was ready for an oil change and there were I think 2 additional recalls. I arrived at 10:45 for my scheduled appt and by 4pm the mechanic got 2 recalls and the oil change but not enough time for the other recall. This is my only vehicle and I am single so I will have to reschedule for that recall. I was offered a ride home but then I would not have a vehicle and had other errands to take care of today.

I checked in for oil change and inspection. I was told it would be 1 -1 1/2 hours so I decided to wait. At the 2 hour mark I went to my service advisor to check on my Prius. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. It was 2 hr 23 minutes when I was done. I think this is unacceptable and bad customer service. I have been bringing my cars to Pederson for 15 years. I’m not happy

Bill was great and accommodating but the scheduling time for waiting for tire rotation for myself and oil changes. For customers in the waiting room was not satisfactory. In the past I wanted 4 hours for an oil change. It seems too many appointments scheduled and too long of wait time. I can get an oil change at Christian Brothers in 45 minutes and they always complete fluid checks and basic inspection. Service guys have always been great when signing in and checking out
