I never got a text when I dropped my car off. I was never informed when it was done. I waited 4.25 hours for a 20,000 service and a computer update. Bad service is not normal at your dealership.

That done waited outside 35 minutes waiting for car. 95 degrees and lounge full. Asked one person who was delivering cars to people waiting much less time to check. He said Alex had forgotten to put key on the board.

Everyone was lovely and professional. I think your procedures are getting in your way of customer satisfaction. There were simply too many cars at lunchtime.
