Ken told me I would get a text when my car was ready. After waiting an hour and a half for an oil change I went out there, asked if my car was ready, and he said your car is ready! Was he going to send me the text or just let me keep waiting in the waiting room? Super annoying.

This was really my first service experience with Pedersen. Although I did drop it off to have accessories installed earlier. It turns out that installation was the problem. After that appointment, my power tailgate stopped working. I thought it was a bit glitchy before then, so I didn’t equate the complete failure to the installation. I called to make an appointment and was told I would have to wait several weeks for the appointment. It turns out that the problem was the tonneau cover installed at your shop. I will say that your service advisor, Robert Troutman, was very professional and helpful. I bought my new Toyota locally because I tend to rely on the dealership for service. This was an inauspicious first experience. Hopefully, it will improve going forward.
