Michael was excellent. Very helpful and courteous. However, i’m disappointed with the experience overall at the Lexus Service Center. When I purchased my first Lexus back in 2015 you were able to get a loaner for any service. Now since I purchased my second Lexus in 2025 I’m being told every time I come to the service center that loaners are not provided for “quick services.” my appointment today was at nine. And Michael saw me promptly at that time. But I didn’t get my car back until close to 12. Waiting 3 hours in the service center isn’t ideal. You guys need to bring back your original loaner program. When we buy a Lexus we aren’t just buying the car we’re buying the whole package. When I first purchased Alexis back in 2015 that’s what sold me on spending so much money on the car. Was the superior service that you will get at Lexus compared to other dealerships. The ball has definitely been dropped by whatever corporate person came up with these changes.

I am just upset that I went by mileage to get service instead of every 6 months. I didn't know my service was expired. It cost me over $200 Didn't think that was fair.

Subject: Request for Reimbursement – Unresolved Warranty Issue (2015 RX350) Dear Service Manager, JM Lexus (Sample Road, Margate, FL), I am writing regarding my 2015 Lexus RX350 (VIN: 2T2ZK1BA2FC166558), purchased from JM Lexus on December 17, 2021, along with a Certified Platinum Warranty (Agreement #33706183), which remained in effect until December 17, 2025. From the time of purchase and throughout my service history at JM Lexus (Sample Road), I repeatedly reported a persistent rattle originating from the steering column area. On multiple visits, I was informed that the issue could not be diagnosed or repaired. Recently, during my first visit with Mr. Maico William, the problem was immediately identified as a worn bushing between the steering column and the electric power steering motor. The repair was completed and resolved the issue; however, I was charged $890 plus tax. This situation raises a clear concern. The condition existed and was reported consistently while the vehicle was under the Certified Platinum Warranty, yet it was not diagnosed or corrected at that time. The fact that the issue was later identified shortly after the warranty expired indicates that the underlying defect was present and should have been addressed under warranty coverage. Given the documented history of complaints during the warranty period, I respectfully request reimbursement for the cost of this repair. I ask that you review my service records and provide a written response. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter fairly. Everyone was super friendly and helpful this morning when I came in with a flat tire. Shedrick Anderson was awesome in working to get the service done as soon as possible for me to get back to work. Overall calm and friendly disposition and excellent service.

Maico is bar far the best service advisor that I met at JM Lexus in the last 25 years. He is thorough, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Maico gave me the correct advice and recommended the necessary repairs. Proud to be dealing with Maico.

My service person was taking phone calls when he was checking me out and I did not feel like his attention was totally on me. Indeed his attention was being shared with a customer about tires and pricing, and I asked him if he wanted me to come back at another time because he seemed unavailableUsually somebody gets up and walks me to the door and points to my car. He instead told me it was to the right so I walked out and apparently I walked out of the wrong door so I couldn’t see my car. I’ve always had great personal service before and felt like he was adequate, but that’s about it.

I paid $170 for you to look at my vehicle. Returned it less than 1/4 of a tank. Said the reason it was stalling was from leaving it with little fuel in the vehicle. I am very unhappy with service, waited on a call back all day just to call back again later in the afternoon to find out it was ready and nothing was wrong except brakes I already knew needed to be replaced.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the service process was smooth—from ordering the parts to completing the work. I was in and out within an hour, which I truly appreciated. While I waited, I was able to walk around the plaza next to the dealership, and by the time I returned, my car was ready. A special thank you to SHEDRICK, who was an outstanding service representative. He took great care of my needs and gave me confidence that everything was being handled with attention and care. Highly recommend!
