I was told that a recall software update for rear camera was available but it would be at least 2 hours. Two and a half hours later when I was notified that my car was ready I was told that the update was not ready for my car. My maintenance was only tire rotation and fluid level checks. That should have only taken about an hour and now when my recall resolution is ready I will have to come back for two more hours. Also I was told I needed 4 tires and this will be the second set of tires with only 35000 miles on the car. These are the worst wearing tires I have ever used. For a luxury vehicle there should be better tires. I doubt that I will ever purchase another Lexus. Please forward this to general manager and someone at Lexus corporate office.

I was very pleased with the service that I brought my car in for. It was done in a reasonable amount of time. I would like to make a suggestion on the comfort in the waiting room for service on the 2nd floor. I recently had knee replacement surgery and it’s very uncomfortable for me to sit in a normal chair for an extended time. I would like to suggest that you put some recliners in the waiting room to accommodate people who have a disability like I do. You could put handicap signs on the chairs to prevent people from using the if they weren’t handicapped. Thank you. I was very pleased with the service.
