I want to take a moment to recognize Maico Williams for the excellent service he provided during my recent Lexus visit. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I always knew what was going on.
Although the service took longer than expected due to my tires needing approval through road hazard insurance, Maico was proactive, transparent, and did everything he could to make sure I was accommodated and taken care of. His communication, professionalism, and genuine care truly made a difference.
