Kate very professional. I had 1215 appt. Car not taken into service garage until 1. Kate and colleague did expedite service since I expressed my dissatisfaction of the length of time for oil change. It took three days to diagnose the manufacturers defect and seven days total for repair. I was told the tire should not be rotated. However I was charged for tire rotation. I thought I got oil change service for life through Shorkey. However, I learned that it’s only two or three times The truck has less than 25,000 miles on it and is a little over one year old.
