It starts with his credibility of both knowing the cars, the mechanical nuances, being upfront and honest with his customers - which builds the most important aspect in a business relationship — trust. He also builds rapport with each customer by giving each of them individual, undistracted and personalized attention. A customer doesn’t feel like a customer with Ryan.
