Engine air filter was not closed when car was received. I purchased a new one at the dealership and found the existing filter coverloose and not clipped after arriving home and installing it. Had I not done this, the car could have been operational for some time with unfiltered air. I knew it was opened from the video sent. Very concerning.

Almost 2 hours for an oil change again. Giant black greasy handprint across the hood when it was returned to me. Was told the wash wash was broken. I watched other vehicles dripping wet and listened to another service writer tell a customer their vehicle was done and it was being run through the wash. We're lifetime Toyota owners and not what we grown to expect from a dealership.

Stop charging a service fee when paying with a credit card. You are not in the cash business. 95% of your customers pay with a credit card. Bake it into to your pricing. Terrible decision by management putting your people in the line of fire for this charge. The fee you are charging is more than the increase of your credit card fee increases. Poor decision by ownership
