It wasn't Samantha' fault, but the tech failed to plug in the trunk release cable. I brought the car back and the tech left the release button unplugged a second time. I caught that problem before I left the dealership. Samantha did everything she could to make it eight.I live some distance away so the drive back wasn't convenient.

Sam was great as usual as was the technician Dave. They replaced the latch motor assembly under warranty and treated me with patience and respect. I’ll Reserve comments on effectively of repair until run time but review of staff and treatment from staff was top notch today. They take responsibility for their work. Also their manage me Josh is fair and trustworthy. Finally, they confirmed that I have a superior vehicle on excellent shape and are part of the team to keep it lasting a long long time!!!
