Ryan was friendly and understanding. Reviewed the pricing and answered questions. We can't understand how tire and break ratings differ so much from 2023 to 2026 yearly. And new tires put on 6/22. How can ratings be given so low on one inspection year then the next year be a very high rating. Brakes 8888, then 7777. Then 11111010 today 2026 inspection. Car not going over 5000miles a year. Surely you can review the records. Techs and inspecting equipment are not in sync or programmed equally to do ratings. Much discrepancy year to year. How can breaks improve greatly to the next year? 7 to 12?. Think this is why people don't trust the dealerships. My car is still like new, 46k on it. Rides great. Our 2nd camry and love it. And will keep it. It's a little upgrade from the 1st one a 1999. Anotherexample when we bought the car new in SC and brought it back to another Toyota dealership in north hills for state inspection needed. They rated brand new tires and breaks low. Unbelievable. Brought it to you on the 2nd year inspection and got the highest ratings and told it was like just coming out of the showroom. How can there be such differences. This may be something to look into to provide better service and fairness and not giving the idea to customers of being cheated and lied to when parts are really still good. I ended up waiting almost three hours for an oil change. It was confusing because I had an appointment and was quoted that it would take 1-1.5 hours

Ryan is always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He keeps me informed, answers all of my questions clearly, and makes sure I understand the work being done. His friendly attitude and attention to detail always make my experience with him seamless.

I experienced a very terrible service today. I arrived 30mins before my appointment. I dropped off my car on my break time. When Ryan arrived, I told him I was in a hurry so he has to print the documents fast for me to sign and leave because I had only 30mins. He stood there laughing for no reason. After wasting my time there, the shuttle driver dropped me off. The shuttle driver came to pick me up at 3pm and I got to Toyota at 3:10. When I got there, he didn’t even look at me to give me updates on my care. Why do I have to wait when I dropped my car off in the morning? That’s not far. I had to wait for another 1:30mins before I got my car. I told Ryan I had to get my daughter from school by 4:30 and he was laughing. I had to pay $100 to my daughter’s daycare because I was late. Why do I have to wait again. I guess they started fixing my car when I got there. Why didn’t they start as soon as I dropped it off. I experienced such a terrible service today and I even regretted dropping my car off. Also, honestly, I don’t want Ryan as my service advisor anymore. Thank you.
