I have Toyota Care. I expect to pay for things like filters (though it would be great if they would be included like the oil change is). But I don’t expect to be changed a surcharge when using a credit card. And especially when I didn’t know about the surcharge in advance. One filter was $77 and I don’t carry that much cash. Nor do I carry checks (security experts advise not to). The unexpected surcharge ruined the experience.
The actual service was great. Don’t nickel and dime your loyal customers.

Sam did a good job again. But I had a problem this time as I did the last time that I brought my car in for service. I was told that my windshield washer fluid was filled was and it was not both times. I had to drive back through and have it checked again. It is a small issue, but since I was told that it was done both times and it wasn't, I do lose confidence in your service. I want to believe that when I am told something is done on my car that it is done. Now I am not so sure.
