Bill was wonderful dealing with, he made the transaction go smoothly and i was treated well.

To be clear, the videos were helpful and the car runs better. The dissatisfaction stems from the technician driving my car from before the pick up phone call until a good fifteen minutes after I arrived. I asked how far the car was being driven and Bill said 5 or 10 miles. This is like going to Wexford. I was told to have a seat and wait. I said “Is he running errands on my gas?” Bill denied this. When my car was finally returned and I went to the desk to pay, I said “Five or ten miles is excessive.” Bill’s justification was that the brakes need to be reset and the system flush needs to be completely flushed. This struck me as BS. A drive around the block would likely be sufficient. The next area deals with the way my car was blocked in by several other unoccupied cars in front of me and a large unoccupied blue truck parked where arriving vehicles are left. Bill has said,”Your car is parked to the right with keys inside”, so clearly he knew exactly how it was blocked in. There was nobody present. I did not want to back out in case another car would be brought in behind mine, causing an accident. I tried to drive my car between the big blue truck and the row of parked cars. In doing so my car scraped another customer’s vehicle. There was no one present during the incident. Why was my car left blocked in, when Bill clearly knew it? Insurance information was exchanged, as I insisted on being able to talk to the owner of the car scraped by mine. I won’t be dealing with Bill again. And I do not want someone driving my car five or ten miles, using my expensive premium gas in the future.

Everything from booking the appointment to picking up the car was complete. Customer focus. I got the appointment in a very timely fashion, and the car is done as quickly as I could’ve hoped for. Every step of the process was easy.

Mike was very helpful in answering all of my questions & concerns. Also very patient. I have never had a more comfortable experience with getting work done on my vehical.

Sam was excellent as usual.

Tried to upcharge me for services not yet needed, had to wait twice as long as I was told and a 3% surcharge for using a credit card us ridiculous for the prices charged. Will make me think twice about returning.

Samantha could not have been more professional, more helpful, and more gracious.

I called a week in advance and ask that the repair work a needed to a taillight be addressed when I brought my car in for service and was told no problem it was added to the system and would be addressed. When I got there on Saturday I was told you did not have the part and it would need to be ordered and I would need to come back. The reason I called in advance to make sure this could be accomplished on Saturday in because I live over 30 minutes from the north hills dealership.

Videos were nice to get while my truck was being worked on. Waiting area for my daughter to play is nice. Staff is exceptional. Ryan and Samantha have helped me before and been very nice.

Had an appt and my truck was taken back for service one hour after my appt
