The service agent Michael was fine but I am extremely shocked that Jim Shorkey Toyota feels the need to add a 3% fee on credit card payments!!! This is absurd considering the mark up that this dealership charges on parts and labor! You are NOT some small business like corner restaurants that operate on tiny margins. I feel this is a complete money grab and therefore will no longer be servicing my vehicle at your dealership!

Samantha was fantastic. She answered my questions and kept me informed of the progress. What I am not happy about is the 3% upcharge for using a credit card. This is stupid, a smack in the face of your customer. I bought 3 Toyotas at this dealership and have serviced 4 for their entire lifespan there since 2008. Why doesn't your sign say, "we need 3% more profit from your wallet!". Very, very, very poor customer service. Whoever made this decision should be fired or sell the dealership if it's the owner. Any marketing savvy person could have suggested "save 3% by using cash, check or debit" and then raise prices. The normal consumer doesn't know what the prices are from service to service.
