Your team was very nice to work me into the schedule for the flat tire. The car was brought up after completion and it was 35 minutes before I could get checked out. The gentleman who was in charge of my car was very busy there were other people sitting around and not busy. I wish I could’ve seen a little more teamwork and other people could have checked me out and got me on my way rather than waiting for 35 minutes to pay my bill. I thought that was excessive and totally not necessary given the amount of employees that were sitting around and not that busy. The lack of teamwork was quite evident and disappointing. I did ask and was told that the man who checked me in would have to check me out. This service was totally opposite of what I have experience at KC Summers Toyota in Mattoon Illinois. Service was excellent.got everything i needed done, nothing i didn't need. BUT you did not inform me before checkout that you now have a 3 percent surcharge on credit cards. Unfair. You should tell customers so they can be ready to use debot. Also, many cc companies charge less than 3 percent per transaction, so it amounts to a stealth price increase.
Sad. Your service is otherwise great. Bought my car there, got new tires last year.

Overall, I was extremely well pleased with all aspects of my service EXCEPT that the service techs completely reset my seat and mirrors. I had to spend five minutes before I could leave just to get myself resituated and ready to safely drive away. I've never had that happen before -- seat distance maybe, but definitely not also the seat height and angle and the mirrors!
