This is the nicest ride my wife and I have ever had. I’m not interested in going back in debt when I doubt I could afford anything better. Every time I bring it in for service I tell them, “it has to last twice as long as the payments; do whatever maintenance will make that happen.” I’m a happy camper.

Please accept this as a formal complaint regarding the recent service for my truck. During check-in, I specifically requested that no fluids be refilled, particularly the windshield washer fluid, as I use a specialized product. However, upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that the windshield washer fluid reservoir had been refilled. This oversight is disappointing, as it directly contradicts my explicit instructions.
I would appreciate it if you could address this issue internally and ensure that customer requests are meticulously followed in the future.
