We arrived to drop off the vehicle (we had to jump start it) earlier than our appointment. We (husband and wife) left work to do this, 20 minutes each way from our home/workplaces, in the Toyota and a second car. When we dropped the Toyota off we were told we must wait to discuss with Joshua. After 20 minutes of waiting at his desk while he spoke with another customer, he told us that there was another customer in front of us, (though he was not literally in front of us), and that we should expect 20 more minutes of waiting. We asked if we could leave and talk to him by phone, (we had to return to work),he said no.
We had to leave due to workplace responsibilities.
One of us drove back, as required, later in the afternoon, 20 minutes each way. Joshua was available then. He verified the one sentence reason, the same one we had stated earlier in the day, of why we brought the minivan in for service. He asked no other substantive questions, had us sign a name once on an electronic signature pad, and told us they would contact us after they evaluated the minivan.
This seems to be a solvable problem for your customer service: A more customer time sensitive vehicle drop-off procedure.

Ryan was an incredible service advisor today. When I arrived for what I believed to be an oil change and tire rotation, he informed me I was still good on the oil change and it just required a reset of the maintenance message. I discussed possibly replacing tires versus rotating them due to the close need for replacement. Ryan was able to give me a quote for the tires quickly and we agreed to just do the full replacement and an alignment. During this process there was an error in quoting, having accidentally quoted me for 17” tires versus the 20” tires I needed. The tires I had selected weren’t available in 20” either for replacement today. Ryan was honest and transparent about the mistake and even had already talked to the service manager, assuring me I wasn’t going to pay any more than what had been quoted to me since it was the service department’s error. Honesty and integrity like that is big in my book and one of the reasons I continue to get all my service done at the dealership versus a private mechanic. The work took a little over 2 hours and I was on my way. As usual, the service was prompt and despite it being winter, they still returned a washed and cleaned vehicle to me!

I came in for a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I also had an issue with a broken rear door. This door has been “fixed” twice before by your service team. After 6+ hours I still have a broken door. It’s extremely frustrating.
