Tha staff was great as usual, but my loaner car was not. The car was a lively RX, but a few miles down the road I realized all 4 tires were low, 27 and 28 psi. I stopped at a Valero station to fill the tires, but the air pump was not working right and as I tried to put air in, it let air out. I have filled tires enough to know how to do it correctly. So I realized I was not in a good place as the tire got o 18. I was able to go a bit further to another station and fill all 4 above 30. A very frustrating way to start my trip. Lexus has always been so great since my first car in 2019.
