Service was great, but your customer waiting areas are not well thought out for customers who are seniors. It might serve your clients better if there were some high back seating for those of us with back issues. I myself have Osteoporosis and Arthritis and it’s very difficult to manage having to sit without being able to lean back to help support your upper back and shoulders.
