Phillip was not the best. He sent me an estimate without the parts included. However, I interacted more with Billy and he provided excellent customer service and was available.

Roberto was very polite, helpful, and informative. He answered our questions and provided a very speedy check in for our TX350. The loaner vehicle he provided was very nice and clean. Our vehicle was in for its first service and Roberto explained everything that was to be done. He estimated a completion time which we were okay with. The vehicle was ready before the completion time which was very nice. The service Lexus provides is the reason we continue to purchase Lexus products. Roberto’s service did not disappoint.

The employee that assisted me with my cars service seemed stressed out and impatient.
When I asked if there was a loaner he was very stern with his response.
I don’t have to go to the dealership for my car to serviced, I just do it to get out of town for the day.
Perhaps he was having a bad day, hopefully it was a one time occurrence.
I could have been the same way, just figured it was not my issue.
