It was my first time at this Lexus dealership, but it was a lovely experience. All of the staff was very welcoming, and helped explained things to me (first time getting my car serviced). The facility is also incredibly nice and was a relaxing environment to be in. The staff remembered me and came to find me and hand deliver my keys back. They also noticed I was working on school work and pointed out the available office spaces. No complaints whatsoever, only the best report to give about your staff and facilities. Thank you!

Roberta was busy when I arrived so Anthony assisted me. Any question why I needed a rental car since the work was only going to take an hour or less. I explained the person I called to schedule the appointment said it would take a couple hours at least and advise that I get a rental car. My feedback is that there’s more understanding and communication between the people who schedule the appointments and the service tech. I don’t know who assisted me when I picked up the car, but he was very responsive and friendly.

He showed me the photo evidence which clued him in to what the problem might be, and informed me of what the mechanics discovered as the vehicle was examined. When the loaner vehicle was brought out, he walked me through how to operate it, since it was very different from the vehicles I’m accustomed to driving.
