Since moving into the new location on N Nevada, there seems to be new procedures for communicating with the vehicle owner. I wasn’t notified of the changes and this leads to confusion and frustration; do I expect a phone call, text, text with a link I need to read immediately?? None of this is clear to me. This last appointment paperwork shows my vehicle was ready about 1:30. But I hadn’t heard anything by 4:30, so I called the Service depart Please help us know what to expect when our vehicles are in for service. Thank you.

Very difficult to schedule a service appointment. Very poor communication. Strong on excuses short on performance. We have purchased two Lexus vehicles from this dealership and will never purchase another.
