Lack of communication from service dept the last week while car in service. Text message received saying to text back with questions. I texted multiple times asking for an update, no response. Received text to pickup vehicle. Arrived and asked why no one had responded to me. Was told no voicemails were received and that text messaging system is “automated”. No apology or any acknowledgment of my concern whatsoever.

Price paid was not what I was expecting according to the booking online price provided for my service. Also was not given an estimate to sign when I checked in for my appointment, they used to provide an estimate and had you sign it.
Service was fast, so that was a plus as I was waiting and noted that when I made my appointment.
