$2000+ for labor for less than 1 days work is WILD. I knew I’d be paying ridiculous prices for the parts, but triple what I expected for labor created a poor experience. Mentioned detailing but didn’t have the STAFF to complete it? For $2000 in labor couldn’t hire enough people for the day? Can’t imagine I’ll be back at these rates. Fardin was great and handled the situation well. Appreciate the “complementary” bolt your master mechanic put back on my sway bar that was missing a bolt.

I want to be very clear that this is not a reflection of Margaret, but a reflection of my overall experience. I arrived, and the staff were confused as to why I was there, I was told to leave my car without seeing an estimate, did not sign off on any estimate, and was told maybe the parts would work. Upon my departure, I was stopped and told that they had confused me for someone else. This made me feel very uneasy, leaving my car, but I needed to get to work. I received no updates throughout the day except for when I reached out at 3:30 and 4:30 PM respectively. If I had not reached out, I would not know when to pick up my car. When I picked up my car, I was informed that the payment method that I wanted to use could not be used without a percentage fee. This was not previously disclosed. I would have brought an alternate payment method had I known. When I asked if the service was eligible for discounts on your website, the service provider laughed at me and said no. Lastly, when I purchased my car in March, I was told by the sales department that all services come with a full tank of gas and a car wash. I was left with 50 mile range on my gas (came in with over 100), and it’s 20 miles to get home. And no car wash. Suffice to say this was a very disappointing experience.

I was given incorrect information via text regarding your closing hours. I was told the location would be open until 6 PM, but when I arrived at 5:30 PM on Saturday, I was unable to pick up my vehicle because the facility was already closed.
A staff member on-site informed me that weekend hours end at 3 PM, which directly conflicted with the information I had received earlier. I’m not sure why someone was still responding to messages after 4 PM with inaccurate details.
Additionally, since the location is closed on Sundays, I’m forced to wait until Monday to retrieve my vehicle. This was both frustrating and highly inconvenient.
