Hi, Mechanical service on car was fine but after being there for 2 nights car was quite dirty and even had grease on door which I managed to get on my hand. A quick check and rinse would be appreciated.
We picked up our other car from Ford next door and it was super clean.

I was expecting to get some update once I dropped off my vehicle in the morning. I specifically asked for update as I had to leave out of town on 3rd day.
I didn’t get any update till next day and that too I had to call multiple times to get some update. Proactively nobody provided any update on my vehicle.
Same thing happened till 3rd till I got my vehicle back.
And this is not the first time I have struggled to get updates from this location. And m not sure what keeping breaking with my car battery of rubicon 4xe that I had to visit ther services.
Mostly I will try to avoid this particular location for services.
Poor customer satisfaction always at this location. I have given similar feedback last time as well but no improvement
