I called to make an appointment for a tune-up and a recall issue. I was told they would take 1-2 days. After delivering my car, I was called later to say it would take 2 weeks because the recall part was on back order.
I really wish they'd looked up availability of the part before quoting me 1-2 day service time. Because recall issue was a fire-hazard, I was told I could not have my car back.
Everything else was great however!
