The first radio sent to me was defective no fault of the dealership Jim Robertson in parts and Maggie in service did everything they could to get me a replacement asap unfortunately it went on backorder.the day it arrived i got the call from Jim then Maggie got me in the next day to have it replaced thank you Maggie and Jim.
