Haha . I have never been to a dealership where they don’t bring your car up to you after service. Not that it’s a far walk it’s just the principle of basic customer service from a “neighborhood car dealership “ as you guys claim to be. Not a knock on my service rep. It’s seems to be the culture there from the top down. This is a very do only the minimum shop and it shows in the customer experience your team delivers. Car was left with plastic cover , paper floor cover and tag in the window. What a joke. Would not be recommending or bringing my vehicle back to this dealership.

My cell girl went above and beyond she opened before the time I was outside filling out the paperwork she helped me. I let her know my car had a bolt in it. They got that patched up for me. I told her I was gonna be in a meeting if she was able to text with updates, she did that I picked up. She was there waiting greeting me Great team Morgan Hill, Jeep.

You need to hire qualified techs and service writers. I had a recall on my 2004 Dodge Viper. When I called it in, they had to call me back to make sure they had the part for a replacement. They called me back and said they had it and we made an appointment for last Friday. I dropped my viper off and your service writer came out. Wrote it all up and said give you a you a call when it’s done. Two hours later I get a call that says that you guys could not do it because you didn’t have anybody there qualified to do it! Wasted a chunk of my day!

I was shocked how much the bill for seat was. I was told it would be $185 and found the labor was $558 making my bill $743, so no I was not happy about this. Otherwise Margaret was courteous and kind, the shuttle service was good. But I doubt I will be back at these prices.
