I left my truck at the service department for a month to address an issue that had previously been repaired under warranty. However, I was informed that the current issue is not covered under warranty. Despite multiple attempts to contact Riley, the service department manager, I did not receive a response. Diego from the sales department assisted in relaying my messages to Riley. The downtime of my business truck resulted in financial losses for my business. Additionally, I had to rent a truck from Enterprise at my own expense. This experience has been highly unsatisfactory.

The amount of misleading information given to me was ridiculous service writer passed me on to a very incompetent service writer information in your database about my vehicle could not be found by this individual. They kept getting confused with what vehicle that was being serviced. basically there is many many things that your Dealership is very inefficient unorganized in using incompetent service writer. There may be good service writers, but I was pushed on to one of the worst in the industry. I am very, very skeptical to ever take any of my vehicles to your dealership again I live in this town. I own a new Jeep grand Cherokee and a new Ram 1500 very sad.
