Your “team” returned my vehicle in worse condition than when I brought it in. Took it in for a simple compression check because of a check engine light . When I was driving home the etc alarm and esc alarm came on losing power on the freeway. Finally got it home and discovered a loud vacuum leaking sound in the engine. Appears to me tech did not reassemble properly. I will not be returning to your establishment. I feel like I’m out $3000 and in worse shape.

I've had a pleasant experience every time. Riley is easy to talk with, courteous to me and others he is serving. He's patient and most importantly he listen to me. He always does his best to help. I want to thank Carlos the transmission tech that worked on my truck. I think you have a good team at this dealership, I believe they need more help though in the service department. Dennis has been amazing to work with. He is very nice to deal with, great personality, and very efficient. It’s quick to drop the vehicle off, get appointments, and he’s on the spot for providing updates as quickly as possible. This is the second time we take out truck to service to fix the check engine light, today after pick up the truck the check engine light turned on AGAIN!! I try to communicate with the service department at 4 pm they only send me to a guy with a voicemail machine, is unacceptable the lack of communication and bad customer service experience. I need Morgan hill Dodge dealer ship to call me to schedule a pick up of my truck at my property in Morgan hill Ca. I’m not taking the truck again because I can’t keep paying my employees to drop the truck and pick up when the truck still giving us problems!!

The issue persist. The vehicle continues to feel forceful at high speeds and feels like the brake is on, at slow speeds. I called back to talk to service soon after picking up vehicle, left a voicemail during open hours and did not receive a call back. According to labor today; multiple cylinder misfires were detected. Now car display reads " engine service requiered , take to dealer. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Dennis is great but you really need to have more help in the service dept. Trying to get a hold of him is impossible because he has so much to do. I had to come in the store in order to talk with him, and doesn’t have the time to answer the phone. He sends me a text to say, text me with questions, yet he can’t get back to me because he’s so overwhelmed with all of it. This is not on him, it’s on the company for not having enough coverage. Hire more people.
