Price paid was not what I was expecting according to the booking online price provided for my service. Also was not given an estimate to sign when I checked in for my appointment, they used to provide an estimate and had you sign it. Service was fast, so that was a plus as I was waiting and noted that when I made my appointment.

Chris McCann did a great job. He is worthy of promotion, in my opinion. What is unsatisfactory for me was an overall experience I left with: “sorry we don’t do that…but this is what’s wrong with your vehicle…and we can’t do anything about it today.” This was not told to me, but Chris’ supervisor (who was literally standing right next to me, but tried to ignore me) said this to Chris. Chris explained that it was because their specialists weren’t in that day, so all they could do was an oil and an air filter change. All this to say…i drove my vehicle away still broken…because i was told it couldn’t be fixed that day (tire pressure sensors that stopped working, which I now have to pay for (?)… battery charging system still needs repair, AC noise issue still not resolved… etc.). I will have to bring it back another day I suppose. Maybe I’ll get lucky and their specialist techs will show up to work on those days.
