You need to hire qualified techs and service writers. I had a recall on my 2004 Dodge Viper. When I called it in, they had to call me back to make sure they had the part for a replacement. They called me back and said they had it and we made an appointment for last Friday. I dropped my viper off and your service writer came out. Wrote it all up and said give you a you a call when it’s done. Two hours later I get a call that says that you guys could not do it because you didn’t have anybody there qualified to do it! Wasted a chunk of my day!

I was shocked how much the bill for seat was. I was told it would be $185 and found the labor was $558 making my bill $743, so no I was not happy about this. Otherwise Margaret was courteous and kind, the shuttle service was good. But I doubt I will be back at these prices.
