I appreciate the touch points throughout with the text messages, but customer service started out rocky with no acknowledgement that I had walked in and was just standing there.
The car was in the shop for two weeks and every time I thought I would be expecting the call that my car was ready based on previous conversations, something else was wrong. The final point being that my water pump was leaking. I brought it home to fix because it's half the cost if I do it myself even with the offer to cover labor. Once the water pump was off I found out I had a bad thermostat. Had that not been found, my water pump would have cracked again and the oil cooling housing would have cracked again. Ultimately, I was discouraged that the thousands of dollars spent to fix the car was only spent fixing the symptoms and not the cause of the issue. I will not be coming back.

I bought a new truck thinking there would be no problems. Check engine light turned on at 1000 miles, took it in, they turned it off and then it came back on, the trucks been at the dealer more than anything. Needed this for work so it’s important for me to have my truck. Not offered a vehicle to drive meanwhile, 20k lost in a week because I didn’t have my truck for work.
