Turned my car on after it was dropped off and it told me I needed service did I want to contact anyone? The guy that dropped my car off told me he checked it and it was fine??? This has been a problem since I bought the car. I’ve called in several times to have them reset it and they confirm that they did and it still shows I need service.

Car came back not charged. I specifically asked for it to be charged was at 30% when I received it. They worked on the battery so I’m wondering how do they know the battery was charging correctly if it wasn’t charged to capacity? Also found a Burger King receipt in the crevice between the driver seat so it’s apparent someone was driving my car somewhere else besides to the dealership. Unacceptable. Will be using Genesis of Ontario in the future. Disappointed to say the least after keeping my car for 4 days.
